Is your teen exhausted, moody and lacking focus?
In this workshop, Jen Dorf, nutrition and wellness expert, will educate your teen on how to overcome these adolescent challenges by making wise choices, and eating foods that will increase their energy, improve their mood and sustain concentration. She will empower students to make healthy choices for optimal physical and mental performance. Jen will also practice mindful eating with the kids so they can experience slowing down while bringing more pleasure to the process. They will enjoy their food more! Teens will be inspired to eat just the right amount for them to feel their best. The importance of nutrition and sleep will also be addressed during this engaging workshop. Nourishing snacks will be sampled and provided to take home for new ideas. Nut allergies will be happily accommodated so please indicate if applies to your teen.
