Jen Dorf is a Nutrition and Mindfulness Coach in Mamaroneck, New York with over eight years of experience. She is the founder of Jen Dorf Wellness-mind body nourishment. She received her certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Jen also participated in the acclaimed “Food as Medicine” training through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine. In addition, she co-founded the Crunchy Carnival in the Larchmont-Mamaroneck Elementary School District over seven years ago. Thousands of children and adults have learned first-hand how healing food and beverages can enhance and heal the body and mind miraculously.
Jen supports children, teenagers, women, and men to reduce stress and optimize their focus and sense of calm. By educating and helping clients make wiser food and beverage choices, Jen provides tools to enhance cognitive acuity, shift their relationship with food and overall sense of well-being.
Her warm and compassionate approach provides a safe space to practice self-care and healthy living while learning to make more nourishing choices. Jen is committed to helping clients create new long-term habits that support a lifetime of successful endeavors through deeper concentration, optimal mental sharpness, and stronger physical and mental health.
When Jen is not coaching or cooking, you can find her practicing yoga, hiking, rollerblading, kayaking, or playing ping pong with her husband and three daughters (17, 15 and 12).
